On October 31, 2025, the Rotary Club of Dharamshala Central and the Rotary Club of Durgapur Central collaborated on a community service project to assist rain and flood victims in Kangra District, Himachal Pradesh. The relief effort took place near SBI Bank in Sidhbari Baghni, attended by President Rtn. Nikita Verma and Secretary Rtn. Shailender Mehta of the Dharamshala club. Members of Rotary Club of Durgapur Central from West Bengal contributed financially to support affected families through the Rotary Club of Dharamshala Central , exemplifying the Rotary motto “Service Above Self” and demonstrating how collaboration can effectively aid communities in need. This initiative showcased Rotarys dedication to humanitarian service and global fellowship, proving that geographical distances do not hinder the spirit of service.
