A free health check-up camp and medicine distribution program was held at Abhay Ashram, an elderly home in Bidhannagar, Durgapur, on 6th February 2026, by the Rotary Club of Durgapur Central in collaboration with IQ City Hospital. There were experts from I Q City Hospital in Durgapur, including gynaecologists, ophthalmologists, and general physicians. By giving people in need free medical examinations and medications, the event seeks to give the community access to vital healthcare services. About 30 persons from Abhay Ashram received medical examinations and free medications in total; 10 of those patients were sent to I Q City Hospital for a free cataract eye procedure. Rtn Mantaar Singh, President and Rtn Biren Mondal were present at camp from Rotary Club of Durgapur Central.
